Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return window starting from the date you receive your order. Requests submitted after this period will not be eligible for return.

To qualify for a return, items must be returned in their original condition, unused and unworn, with all tags attached and in the original packaging. A receipt or other valid proof of purchase is also required.

To request a return, please contact our support team at info@orivna. If your request is approved, we will provide a return shipping label along with detailed instructions for sending your item back. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please check your order immediately after delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, notify us as soon as possible so we can review the issue and provide a resolution.


Non-Returnable Items

Wholesale purchases of 10 bottles or more are final and cannot be returned. This policy allows us to efficiently manage bulk orders and offer competitive wholesale pricing. We strongly encourage reviewing wholesale orders carefully before placing them.

Items purchased on sale and gift cards are also non-returnable.


Exchanges

To receive a different item, we recommend returning the original product first. Once the return is approved, you may place a new order for the desired item.


Refund Process

After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that additional processing time may be required by your bank or card provider.
